An Impressive Moment

Morning time is a good time to observe myself in the stillness.
Today I thought about what kind of person impresses me.

When you work, you meet many people.
Among them, there was one person who left an impression.

A 0.3 Boomer

I'm a 0.3 boomer at work.
I like to point out areas for improvement to others.

The reason it's 0.3 is because I don't speak carelessly.
I only say things in relationships where the other person won't be offended by suggestions for improvement.

The Answer Shown Through Action

One day I said to someone:

"How about trying to work in XX way?"

The next day, they immediately gave me feedback:

"I tried the XX method, and the advantages are ~, the disadvantages are ~. It's a good method."

The Moment Trust Sprouts

I was deeply impressed.
This is a different kind of person from me, who only thinks in my head.

Trust sprouted in my heart.
I learned how to earn someone's trust.
