A Day with Too Little Time

I felt like there wasn't enough time in a day. Every time I felt this way, I ended up going to bed later. To do more things.
But as a result, it was actually inefficient. The physical and mental burden kept growing.

I pondered about it. It seemed like my ambitions were greater than my capabilities.
There are many things I want to do, but time and energy are limited.

How can I improve time efficiency?
After much thought, I decided to start with small changes.

I decided to fix my wake-up and sleep schedule.
- Wake up at 6 AM
- Go to bed at 10 PM
I believe a regular lifestyle pattern will make more things possible.
